After winning, significant time may pass before the contractor contacts you — this is normal. The contractor acts only after receiving a building permit and document approval from the monitoring company.
What Is the Contractor Doing in the Meantime?
- Preparing detailed construction plans in accordance with the zoning plan
- Submitting to the local planning and construction committee
- Receiving committee approval
- Forwarding documents to the monitoring company for approval
