After you receive your eligibility certificate, you'll get an email with a temporary password for the lottery registration site.

How Do You Log In for the First Time?

  1. Receive the email with your eligibility certificate and temporary password
  2. Log in to the registration site with your ID + temporary password
  3. Change the password to a permanent one
  4. Verify that all your personal details are correct

Log in and check your details even if there are no open lotteries yet — better to catch a mistake now than when a lottery opens.

How Do You Register for a Project?

  1. Enter the list of open projects
  2. Choose a project that matches your eligibility type
  3. Click the register button and confirm the terms
  4. Receive a registration confirmation email — save it

What Happens Next?

Once registration closes, a draw is held and results arrive by email and SMS. If you win, all your other registrations in the same wave are automatically cancelled. You can enter multiple projects at once, but in first lotteries you're limited to 3 localities — you can register for as many projects as you like within each one.
