About Dira4U
Dira4U is an independent Israeli service that makes sure you don't miss out on a discounted home — from the moment a new lottery goes live through to the submission itself. We are not a government body, not representatives of the Ministry of Construction and Housing, and not legal advisors.
What we do
Dira BaHanacha lotteries are published on no fixed schedule, and everything around them — working out whether you qualify, keeping track of what has opened, filling in forms — is scattered across sites and paperwork. We bring it into one place: it all happens over WhatsApp or Telegram, with no app to install. You get an alert the moment a new project goes live, you can ask the bot anything about the programme, the eligibility rules, and existing projects — and on the autonomous agent plan, the agent also fills in and submits the government registration form for you, once you have approved it.
What's included in each planWhat we are not
- We are not the Ministry of Construction and Housing or any other government body. Registration itself always happens on the official site, dira.moch.gov.il
- We do not improve your odds of winning. A lottery is a lottery — we only make sure you know about it in time
- We are not legal or financial advisors. Our guides are general information, not personal advice
- We do not sell apartments and we take no commission from contractors or developers
How it works
You sign up, choose whether to receive alerts on WhatsApp or Telegram, and mark which cities interest you. From there it is automatic — there is nothing for you to check. On the autonomous agent plan, the agent can also fill in the government registration form on your behalf — but only after you have approved the action.
