After the registration window closes and validity checks are complete, a fully computerized electronic draw is held, with no human involvement, on an air-gapped computer, in the presence of an oversight committee.
When Do Results Arrive?
Results are sent by email and SMS, and you can also check your personal area via an anonymous file by registration number. Make sure the email and phone you provided to the registration company are active — the notification counts as official legal delivery.
How Is Priority Order Decided?
- First priority: mobility-impaired individuals
- Second priority: active reserve soldiers
- Third priority: local residents (up to 20% of units)
- After that: all other registrants — random draw
